Complaints regarding Postal Services i.e.
Mails, Speed Post, Counter Services, Saving Banks, Money Orders etc.
relating to Mumbai GPO, which are not settled within 6 weeks will only
be entertained in the Dak Adalat. Complaints from persons should be
accompanied with the details of original complaints i.e. date, names and
designation of officer to whom original complaints were addressed.
Interested customers may send their complaints regarding Postal Services
in duplicate to Dy. Director PO(PRO), Office of Director, Mumbai GPO
400001 on or before 17.12.2012. Complaint received thereafter will not
